Our report submitted to the UN Special Rapporteur on Migrants about refugees in DRCongo

The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of Migrants requested various actors to submit a report on the situation of Migrants in their countries and it is in line with that we worked on this report about refugees in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The situation of refugees in DRC is in the worst state and needs urgent involvement of different actors at different levels in order to restore back the desired protection space. We are so concerned to observe the absence of programs aiming at refugee protection in DRC, on contrary actors are against ideas of refugee protection and promote interventions which reduce the protection of refugees. Most of funding opportunities towards refugees are geared towards discouraging refugee protection, yet we all know that this approach has been a disaster and has no positive results.
