Open Letter to the DRCongo Prime Minister about her promise to help the war victims in Kalemie

During her visit in Kalemie City, Tanganyika Province in September 2025 the Primer Minister promised relief aid to the war victims in the city but until now she has not yet fulfilled her promise. We wrote this letter to remind her and to recall on her about the deterioration of the situation.
