The Collective of Youth Organizations for Solidarity in the Democratic Republic of Congo known as COJESKI-DRC has in place the following structures.
The General Assembly brings together all members (Active members, sympathizing members, Donor Members, and Honor Members. It deliberates on majors issues and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors, and also elects the members of the Board of Directors. The General Assembly meeting is called once per year, and people can participate both online and physically.
It is composed of 7 Actors elected by the General Assembly in order to run the activities of the Network, the Board of Directors meets generally once in three months.
Is composed a employed and professional team which is put in place to carry out daily activities of the Network, it is spearheaded by the Executive Director. The Secretariat holds weekly meetings which bring together all the Head of Departments and other staffs of the Network.
The Provincial Coordination is elected for a period of time and works directly with the Secretariat in each province which is composed of technical and professional staff. The Provincial Secretariat is in-charge of the implementation of the daily activities of the Network.
In each Territory there is a focal team elected by member organizations and works in line with the Province Team.
