Leadership is key in order to manage the society and we need spaces for quality leadership which gives opportunities to some to lead others at each level. The need to promote quality and effective leadership through trainings, capacity building, and sharing experiences is necessary for development in the Democratic Republic of Congo. At the same time, we shall also promote opinion leaders and create conducive environment for each person to compete for leadership through elections at all levels. While we recognize traditional and religious leaders who may not be always elected, there is an urgent to ensure that they are well trained into leadership.
