Our education interventions will focus on both formal and informal education and the priorities are based on the education reforms because our current education system does not respond to what the country needs. The new education system we want to have in place should produce a human resource which is able to solve the community problems, competitive on the job market and able to innovate. Education should aim at addressing the needs of the society and this will range from the policies, national politics, the practitioners, the curriculum and all the teaching material and the trainings to teachers. These trainings should include retooling and refresher courses among others.

The information education aims at facilitating all those who failed to enroll into formal education to access Functional Adults Education and other necessary trainings including skills development.
